Purchase Agreement

The Buyer agrees to pay for the kitten and any associated shipping costs. The Buyer acknowledges that they are responsible for providing a safe and humane environment for the kitten.

Care and Supervision

The Buyer agrees to care for the kitten in a humane manner and to be a responsible guardian. This includes providing adequate food, water, shelter, attention, and medical care. The Buyer must ensure the kitten is not allowed outdoors without proper supervision. The Buyer grants the Breeder permission to contact their home at any reasonable time to ensure the kitten is being properly cared for and treated.

Health Guarantees

The Seller guarantees that the kitten is of sound health and will provide necessary registration paperwork, making the kitten eligible for registration with the Buyer’s local canine association. The Seller also guarantees the kitten has a good temperament at the time of this sale. A health record detailing all vaccinations and treatments will be provided by the Seller.

Veterinary Care and Returns

The Buyer agrees to take the kitten to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery for a physical examination. If a licensed veterinarian determines that the kitten has a health issue directly caused by the Seller, the kitten may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, with a signed veterinary diagnosis. The Seller agrees to cover the cost of returning the kitten in such cases.

Ownership and Transfer

The Buyer has a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked, with a full refund if they are unable to bond with the kitten or if any unforeseen difficulties arise. Should any circumstances arise that affect the kitten’s quality of life, the Breeder/Seller must be informed to assist in determining the kitten’s future. The Breeder/Seller reserves the right to approve or prohibit any transfer of ownership of the kitten.

General Provisions

Under no circumstances may the kitten be sold, leased, traded, or given away to a pet shop, research laboratory, animal shelter, or similar facility. By signing this agreement, the Buyer acknowledges they have read, understand, and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
